We’re looking for a Strong Mid to Senior Product Designer who’s able to own the end to end design of challenging and meaningful projects, as well as contributing to the ongoing growth of the design team.

Required skills and experience

• 5+ years experience in a Product Design (UX+UI) role, ideally within an agency environment
• Experience delivering multiple complex, functional experiences across various domains or industries.
• Comfort creating impactful, early stage concept designs to explore new product ideas, support pitches, describe a vision, etc
• Experience with Design System / component based approaches to creating high quality user experiences.
• Experience identifying Design Requirements & opportunities and translating them to a functional scope, or a practical project plan
• Bonus points if you’re curious and excited about the ever evolving role of design tooling & AI — both within the design process and as an aid to cross functional/FED collaboration.

What's it like being a designer here

• You'll get the chance to design across a wide range of industries and discover their unique challenges with clients like TAC, Vicinity, Cancer Council Vic, BMW, RACQ, Ingenia, Nutrien, CorePlus, Angle Auto Finance, Make-A-Wish, and more.
• You’ll have hands-on involvement and influence on projects from end to end, from challenging the strategy and forming the approach right through to working alongside the dev team to review and polish the end delivery.
