We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (or Strong Mid) who’s able to own the end to end design of challenging and meaningful projects across a wide variety of domains.

Required skills and experience

• 4+ years experience in a Product Design (UX+UI) role, ideally within an agency environment.

• Experience delivering complex, functional experiences across various industries and categories.

• Experience planning and driving the early stage of projects — inc. research, stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering.

• Comfort defining the structure of experiences in complex domains — through IA, user flows, wireframes and prototyping, etc

• Strong Visual Design sensibilities — with comfort producing shiny experience concepts as well as moving into production via Design Systems

• Able to operate at various speeds, and comfy with ambiguity & problem solving.

• Bonus points if you’re curious and excited about the ever evolving role of design tooling & AI — to enable & strengthen (not replace) the design process.

• You’ll have hands-on involvement and influence on projects from end to end, from challenging the strategy and forming the approach right through to working alongside the dev team to review and polish the end delivery.
